Where your data is processed and who receives it
This website is built and hosted on the Wix.com platform; data submitted through our forms is stored on Wix infrastructure and processed under Wix's GDPR commitments (see the Wix Privacy Policy at www.wix.com/about/privacy). Some processing by our service providers may take place outside the European Economic Area; in such cases appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses) apply. Videos on this website are embedded from Vimeo; when you play them, Vimeo may process technical data about you under its own privacy policy. We may disclose personal data where required by law, by a regulator or in legal proceedings.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal data for the longest of: (i) as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected; (ii) any retention period required by law; (iii) the end of the period in which litigation or investigations might arise. Specifically, data submitted by candidates for recruitment or collaboration purposes — including CVs and any information they contain — is retained for a maximum of two (2) years, unless you request earlier deletion.
Security
This website is served over SSL/HTTPS. We maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Only authorised personnel have access to personal information.
Your rights
Under articles 12–22 of the GDPR you have the rights to: information; access; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; objection; and avoidance of automated decision-making. To exercise any of your rights, email info@celyphos.com; we will respond within the timescales set by the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα — www.dpa.gr).
Cookies
Last updated: August 2026
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer or device when you visit a website. This website runs on the Wix platform, which uses cookies that are necessary for the website to function — for security, session continuity and load balancing — and cookies that help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
How we use cookies
-
Essential cookies — set by the Wix platform to make the website work: security and fraud prevention, remembering your session, and serving pages efficiently. These cannot be switched off through the site.
-
Functional and analytics cookies — used to remember preferences (such as your language choice between English and Greek) and to measure site usage in aggregate so we can improve the website.
Controlling cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking them from being placed. If you disable cookies, some features of this website may not function properly. General guidance is available at www.aboutcookies.org.
External services
Some content on this website is displayed through external services — in particular video players embedded from Vimeo. We cannot prevent these external services from collecting information about your use of the embedded content; their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
We may amend this Cookie notice from time to time; the revision date above shows when it was last changed.
