Words are where every Celyphos project starts. As a Scriptwriter in our Creative Circle, you'll take a client's strategic objective, audience, and constraints — and turn them into a script that moves people to act. You'll work across explainer videos, brand films, campaigns, training content, and political communications.
This is project-based work. We bring you in when a brief fits your voice and you have the bandwidth. We expect tight collaboration with creative directors, account leads, and producers — and we trust your craft to handle the rest.
What you'll do
Develop scripts from client briefs across diverse formats: explainer, brand film, training, social, political comms
Translate strategy into structure: open with a hook, build narrative, land a clear call to action
Write in Greek, English, or both — adapting voice and idiom per audience
Iterate based on creative-director and client feedback without losing the spine of the idea
Collaborate with directors and storyboard artists to ensure scripts work on screen, not just on paper
Must-have
3+ years of professional scriptwriting experience for video (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Portfolio of produced work showing range — short-form social, mid-form brand, long-form corporate
Native or near-native fluency in Greek AND strong working English
Ability to write to a brief, hit deadlines, and incorporate feedback without ego
Comfort working remotely with structured delivery rhythm
Nice-to-have
Experience writing for political or public-sector communications
Background in journalism, copywriting, or screenwriting
Familiarity with research-driven storytelling (turning data or reports into narrative)
Experience writing voiceover for VO talent delivery
