Celyphos is an AI-native creative studio. We don't see AI as a gimmick — we see it as a craft, with its own discipline, ethics, and creative range. As an AI Video Specialist in our Creative Circle, you'll partner with our directors and producers on projects where generative video, AI-driven workflows, or hybrid AI/practical production deliver something traditional methods can't.
This is project-based work for someone who lives at the cutting edge of generative video tools and translates novelty into usable, on-brand creative output. We want someone who can be opinionated about which tool fits which job, ship to deadline, and explain trade-offs clearly to non-technical clients.
What you'll do
Plan and produce AI-driven or AI-assisted video segments using current-generation tools (Runway, Sora, Veo, Pika, Kling, ComfyUI, etc.)
Build prompt-engineering and workflow pipelines that achieve consistent, brand-aligned output
Hybrid workflows: combine generative footage with practical production, motion graphics, and sound design
Evaluate emerging tools and recommend adoption to our internal team and clients
Stay opinionated about what AI does well, where it falls short, and where it should and shouldn't be used
Must-have
Demonstrated production work using current-generation AI video tools, with examples we can review
Strong sense of when AI is the right answer and when it isn't — no AI maximalism, no AI-skeptic dismissal
Working understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, and post-processing pipelines
Comfort iterating fast and accepting that "the model just doesn't do that" sometimes
English working proficiency; Greek a strong plus
Nice-to-have
Background in motion graphics, VFX, or compositing
Experience with custom model fine-tuning or LoRA training for brand-specific generative output
Familiarity with AI ethics, IP considerations, and disclosure best practice
Greek market knowledge for political comms or local brand work
